While most of our search engagements follow the standard search process, we can customize a hiring solution designed to meet your needs. Call us and let's talk about it.


  • When conducting a C-Level or Leadership search for a Board of Directors (ie. searching for a new Executive Director) additional features are included:
  • Meet with Board of Directors/search committee on a regular basis during search
  • Provide an extended timeline, typically four to six months, to adequately accommodate and coordinate committee meetings to discuss updates and progress reports
  • In-depth candidate survey/assessments through a third party source
  • Formal presentation and reports for board interviews


We strive to build trust with our clients and foster long term relationships. As a small business ourselves, we understand that as small business owners, we are conscientious of budgets and expect value driven solutions at a fair rate. Our rates are reflective of this, and typically less than industry search firms and contract firms. We will gladly discuss this in person.


We provide an unconditional six month replacement guarantee, if for any reason the employee does not work out.
